Swedish Massage

80 minutes: $120

100 minutes: $150

 This type of massage uses long  strokes and kneading  motions to encourage proper circulation. The technique involves massaging muscles in the same direction as the flow of blood to the heart.

Deep Tissue

80 minutes: $130

100 minutes: $160

This type of massage involves applying sustained pressure using slow, firm strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues.

Maternity Massage

80 minutes: $125

100 minutes: not available for maternity

A specialized prenatal or postnatal massage designed to support the changing needs of mothers-to-be and new moms. This gentle, therapeutic treatment helps relieve pregnancy-related discomfort—such as back pain, swelling, and muscle tension—while promoting relaxation and improved circulation. Using safe, side-lying or supported positioning, we ensure both comfort and safety for you and your baby.

Cupping

Manual Cupping: $15

Cupping Machine: $25

Cupping is a traditional therapy where cups are placed on the skin to create suction, aimed at promoting circulation, relieving pain, and reducing muscle tension. I will also implement my cupping machine, which allows suction to be continuously created and released over and over again electronically, in target areas.
